Job Description

  • Handle enquiries with professional manner - phone calls, mails, emails and in person.
  • Greet visitors, manage meeting rooms booking request and ensure the room is set up properly.
  • Provide admin support and support for ad-hoc duties if assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or Diploma holder with relevant experience in sizeable firms
  • Solid experience in customer service
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Positive mindset and customer-orientated
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Receptionist
