We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to oversee the portfolio of properties in China, which includes retail spaces, service apartments, and hotels. The successful candidate will manage leasing operations, internal process controls, and review partnership contracts to maximize asset value and ensure operational efficiency.

Job Description

  • Oversee all leasing activities, from tenant acquisition to lease negotiations, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor internal processes to ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and best practices in property management.
  • Review, negotiate, and manage partnership agreements and contracts to safeguard client's interests and enhance business opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, perform financial analysis, and utilize financial modeling to forecast requirements and analyse potential investment returns.
  • Lead and coordinate internal projects, ensuring they are completed on time & within budget
  • Perform strategic business analysis and quantitative financial analysis.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional Qualifications: ACCA or CPA certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in China property management
  • Experience with property developers, professional accounting firms, or in the business development departments of reputable corporations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
