Senior Quality Director

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will coach and lead large teams across the Greater China region and manage total quality function for the business. You will manage quality inspections, deliver supplier audits, manage smooth operations of the laboratory and ensure quality control and measures are implemented throughout the entire engineering process from conceptualization to product delivery. You will manage performance tracking, initiate disqualification of poor performing suppliers, maintain supplier quality database, and ensure sufficient support, quality improvement plants, and risk mitigation measures are in place.
