About Our Client

Our client is a MNC Footwear market leader recognised for its product quality and innovation. They are looking for a Quality Lead to uphold the highest standards across all product lines included but not limited to from development, lab testing, manufacturing to warehousing. You will be the key leader overseeing the entire quality management functions by driving strategic quality initiatives and establishing best practices.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of quality professionals and lab team to execute quality control programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality processes throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Guide the team for regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a quality advocate and provide guidance on quality-related issues to senior leadership.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of extensive experience in Quality Assurance, with a proven track record in the footwear industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO) is a plus.
