Job Description

  • Manage strategic programmes and initiatives through milestone planning, progress tracking and cross‑team coordination, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems and customer data portals, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and timely updates
  • Provide regular status updates, management reports and insights, including risk and issue tracking, to support programme governance and decision‑making
  • Support account management and business development activities by tracking account performance, customer engagement and pipeline progress
  • Consolidate and analyse customer data, account data and programme metrics to produce monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc management reports with actionable insights
  • Coordinate promotional, knowledge‑sharing activities and events, and support the preparation of communication and publicity materials

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in CRM management, customer data analytics, project coordination, account management, or related functions
  • Strong analytical and research skills , with the ability to consolidate figures, prepare reports, and summarize insights for senior management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholder
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
