Job Description



  • Research & Development (R&D):
    • Lead and manage the R&D team in developing innovative product concepts.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product development.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into feasible product designs.


  • Product Planning:
    • Develop product roadmaps and timelines from conceptualization to delivery.
    • Define product requirements, specifications, and features in alignment with market demands.
    • Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.


  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from R&D to product launch.
    • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
    • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.


  • Prototype Development:
    • Supervise the prototyping process and iterate on designs based on feedback.
    • Work closely with the R&D team to refine prototypes for production.


  • Quality Assurance:
    • Implement quality control processes to ensure products meet performance and reliability standards.
    • Conduct product testing and validation to guarantee functionality and user satisfaction.


  • Supplier Management:
    • Identify and establish relationships with suppliers for materials and components.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure cost-effective and high-quality supplies.


  • Product Launch:
    • Plan and execute product launch strategies in coordination with marketing and sales teams.
    • Monitor product performance post-launch and gather feedback for future improvements.
