They pride themselves on their industry expertise, commitment to excellence, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.Job DescriptionLead and manage end-to-end E&M projects for data center facilities as the main contractor, ensuring successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to define project scope, technical requirements, and contractual obligations.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.Oversee the procurement process for subcontractors, equipment, and materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.Manage project resources, including staff allocation, subcontractor management, and equipment deployment.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and make timely decisions to keep projects on track.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns.Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration and handover of E&M systems.Monitor project financials, including cost control, change order management, and accurate project reporting.Conduct project closeout activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and final project evaluation.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
