Job Description

  • Responsible for site entry, construction, inspection, to final handover-overseeing schedule, quality, cost, and safety.
  • Liaise with the client, designers, consultants, construction teams, and material suppliers; coordinate site progress, drawing clarifications, variation negotiations, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare construction plans, progress reports, and cost control documents; strictly manage budgets and project variations to ensure profitability and milestone completion.
  • Oversee onsite safety and orderly construction, conduct quality inspections and process acceptance, handle unexpected construction issues, and minimise rework and complaints.
  • Complete project documentation, final accounts, and maintenance coordination, enhancing customer satisfaction and repeat business reputation.

The Successful Applicant

  • High Diploma or degree in building services engineering or related.
  • Experience working with renovation/fit‑out contractors and capable of managing onsite workers.
  • At least 3 years of Hans on experience as a decoration/fit‑out project manager; familiar with commercial fit‑out and luxury residential construction methods.
  • Proficient in reading drawings, understanding materials, construction specifications, and acceptance standards; able to independently lead a project.
  • Strong onsite coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills; able to work well under pressure.
  • Responsible, strong execution capability, punctual and reliable.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as senior project coordinator
