Job Description

  • Coordinating and managing production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Ensuring procurement processes align with company standards and objectives.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to negotiate costs and maintain quality standards.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock availability.
  • Analysing production data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Maintaining accurate records of procurement and production activities.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Experience in the FMCG/Retail/ Garment Manufacturing industry or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
