A well-established organization is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead and enhance its procurement and sourcing function. This is a strategic role responsible for driving value, ensuring governance, and building strong supplier partnerships across the business.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and cost optimization goals
  • Manage and mentor a procurement team, fostering a high-performance and compliant culture
  • Oversee supplier selection, performance management, and risk mitigation
  • Ensure procurement policies, processes, and controls comply with internal governance and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, and legal teams
  • Monitor market trends, supplier innovations, and cost drivers to support informed decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and digitalization within procurement operations



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10-12 years of procurement experience, with proven success in a senior or managerial role
  • Strong background in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier negotiations
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of procurement governance, risk management, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in complex, fast-paced organisations is highly preferred
