Job Description

  • Develop and execute regional procurement strategies aligned with global objectives for LAMAT.
  • Lead the sourcing process, negotiate commercial terms, and establish long-term supplier agreements across logistics, transportation, and related services.
  • Drive cost optimisation initiatives while ensuring service quality and operational continuity.
  • Analyse market trends, cost drivers, and supplier performance to support business decision‑making.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and global procurement.
  • Ensure procurement governance, risk management, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Prepare and present procurement performance reports to senior leadership.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, ideally within logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or global supply chain.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management capabilities.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment with regional or global stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English required, Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
