About Our Client

My client is a top developer and they are expanding their internal team to optimize their business

Job Description

  • Coordinate with top retail & F&B brand in executive level discussions, such as overseas meeting or industry conferences
  • Coordinate with internal teams to build rapport, share latest trends and situation, aligned retail strategies with executives and report regularly
  • Work closely with external consultancy to collect market intelligence and conduct data analyses on key accounts, tenant mix and business performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 7 years in commercial/retail market
  • Strong business mindset and passion for the industry
  • Good understanding of HK & China market
  • Mature with good written & spoken English and mandarin
  • Strong analytical and structured problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
