Job Description

This role will be mostly supporting a Partner to assist on HKIPO projects, however there may also be opportunities to assist other Partners where you will provide support on general corporate deals, as well as US IPO listings.

The Successful Applicant

The required candidate must have a background in law with at least 5+ years of experience in an IPO role. International law firm experienced is preferred, however candidates from PRC law firms or leading HK law firms, will also be highly considered. This role requires strong fluency in English and Mandarin - Cantonese will be advantageous.
