About Our Client

Our client is a leading global Furniture Trading company known for its commitment to quality, innovation and client satisfaction. With their business expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Operations Director to oversee the Merchandising operations in APAC markets.

Job Description

  • Establish strong vendor relationships, ensuring seamless sourcing and supply chain solutions.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive market expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with different teams.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Drive strategic change, enhancing service levels and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields
  • 15+ years of operations leadership in sophisticated supply chain environments.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and market expertise.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, leadership excellence, and a proven track record in business expansion.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with frequent travel required.
