Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of routers, switches, wireless systems, and firewalls.
  • Deliver onsite technical support and assist at subsidiary locations when required.
  • Safeguard uptime and stability of core network infrastructure.
  • Execute system enhancements, firmware upgrades, and security patch deployments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to tackle issues efficiently.
  • Maintain structured documentation on configurations and operational processes.
  • Join an on‑call rotation to handle urgent incidents and troubleshooting tasks.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years' hands‑on experience in network support or engineering.
  • Strong understanding of routing, switching, VPNs, VLANs, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Practical experience with Cisco platforms; CCNA/CCNP certification is required.
  • Skilled in managing firewalls such as Fortinet, Checkpoint, or Cisco Firepower.
  • Demonstrates solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities under pressure.
  • Communicates effectively and collaborates well with internal teams and vendors.
