Responsible for establishing the internal management structure and rational allocation of personnel within the region. 4. Responsible for the selection, assessment, cultivation, and utilisation of middle and upper level management personnel. 5. Supervise departments in providing employee training and education to continuously improve overall staff quality.6. Establish a sound and reasonable management system, oversee the development and improvement of major regulations and rules, establish operational norms, strengthen internal organisational systems, enhance communication and coordination between departments, and ensure orderly and efficient operation of management mechanisms.7. Regularly convene meetings with middle level and all staff to carefully listen to the opinions of employees from various departments and make timely adjustments to company policies.The Successful Applicant1. Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors related to intelligent building systems and property management. 2. More than 10 years of working experience in the Hong Kong area, with priority given to experience in commercial and residential property project management and market development. 3. Familiar with the complete life cycle management of the property industry in Hong Kong, particularly in intelligent buildings, and consultancy-based projects. Also, familiar with service standards and operational processes. 4. Familiar with relevant property management laws and regulations in Hong Kong, proficient in planning profitable business models for property operations and possess successful operational experience. 5. Possess a modern service oriented mindset, clear management strategies, and unique perspectives on the future development trends of the property industry. 6. Strong ability to handle pressure and manage teams, possess insightful market understanding of commercial and residential properties, and excellent communication, organisation, coordination, and resource integration skillsWhat's on Offer1.
