About Our Client
Our client is a renowned hospitality brand with strong presence in Hong Kong. They are looking for a seasoned marketing research professional to join the team.
Reporting to Head of Marketing Research, you will be working in a team of 10 leading a small sub-team with key focus on generating market insights. You will be working closely with research agencies in generating qualitative and quantitative research. In addition, given the unique nature of the business, you will also be leading the small in-house team in conducting primary research to generate proprietary insights. On a broader term, you will be required to contribute to the bigger picture of the ongoing 3-year/5-year annual strategic planning to the organisation by means of research.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you need to speak excellent command of English and Chinese. Prior agency training is preferred but it is a MUST that you need to have in-house research experience in field of banks, property development, hotel or transportation industry (with a large range of targeted customers with very different customer segmentation). You should ideally have some managerial experience.
