Senior Manager, HRBP -$1-1.2mil base

Reporting to the VP HR, you will act as the key advisory to the senior management including C-suite , department and BU heads, and propose, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. You will fully utilize the data and HR reports to derive timely insights, updated information, and provide analysis on the best cost & budget management, resources allocation and organization structure best fit for the business. You will lead the HRBP team to cover HR advisory on recruitment, performance management, succession planning, employee relations and employee engagement. The team will also participate in providing constructive feedback to promote continuous organization and HR transformation. We are looking for candidates with true HRBP advisory experience, preferably from the property developer and property management background.
