Job Description

As a Senior Manager (Event & Operations), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and executing high-impact events for the club ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless event experiences.
  • Managing event budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements during events.
  • Analyzing event performance and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Leading and mentoring a team to execute events with precision and professionalism.
  • Staying updated on industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the event planning process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager (Event & Operations) should have:

  • Minimum 15+ years' experiences in event or operation management within the luxury hospitality/ Catering/ Membership Club industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality events.
  • Good leadership and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations related to event & operations planning.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset to drive event success.
  • Proficient in both spoken & written in English and Cantonese.
