Job Description

Out client is seeking an accomplished and dynamic leader to manage and enhance the Centre's operations while elevating the overall visitor experience. In addition to overseeing the Experience Centre, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, including conceptualizing and delivering large-scale events, conferences, exhibitions, and community engagement programmes.As a Senior Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Design and deliver a high-quality, engaging experience for visitors, including VIPs and delegations such as government representatives, international and Mainland stakeholders, business leaders, academics etc.
  • Develop strategies to identify and attract target visitor segments to maximize the Centre's reach and impact across Hong Kong, the Mainland, and globally
  • Host and coordinate VIP visits, monitor visitor trends and behaviours; prepare regular reports and recommend enhancements to improve service standards and visitor satisfaction
  • Oversee daily Centre operations, including budgeting, scheduling visits, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, managing enquiries, and maintaining operational efficiency
  • Lead ongoing upgrades to exhibits and content, introducing new technologies and experiences to continuously enhance the visitor journey
  • Drive the planning and execution of high-profile B2B and B2C events (e.g. flagship events, conferences, exhibitions, and engagement programmes), covering concept development, content creation, branding, budgeting, operations, and promotion
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Hospitality & Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in hospitality, customer experience, community engagement, event marketing, or related fields, preferably within large or multinational organizations
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale flagship events, managing visitor experience, curating content, and engaging key stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of global marketing trends, content strategies, and digital engagement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • A creative and customer-focused storyteller with a passion for innovation, technology, and ecosystem development
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of working effectively under tight timelines with a strong sense of ownership
