We're looking for a Senior Manager - Data Strategy & Analytics to be the first hire in the Executive Office. This is a rare opportunity to define the data vision, shape analytics capabilities, and directly advise C-level leadership across a portfolio of retail and e-commerce brands.

Job Description

- Act as the go-to data advisor for Group Finance and senior executives.

- Build and lead the data strategy and roadmap across multiple brands and business units. Align data definations.

- Analyze retail sales, inventory, finance and customer data to uncover insights that drive smarter decisions.

- Develop dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) to visualize KPIs and trends.

- Partner with FP&A and commercial teams to build predictive models and scenario planning tools.

- Drive automation of manual reporting, improving speed and accuracy.

- Ensure data consistency and governance across systems and brands.

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or relevant disciplines

- 10+ years in data/ commercial/ business analytics, BI, ideally in retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce.

- Experience in driving business transformation through data

- Strong in business partnering, derive data into insights, perform data storytelling and presentations

- Experience working at group level or across multiple brands/business units is a huge plus.

- Strong skills in SQL, Tableau/ Power BI.

- Excellent communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

- A strategic thinker who can operate independently and influence at the top.
