• Customer Acquisition and Engagement: Develop and deliver/ supervise machine learning solutions to facilitate customer acquisition for bank partners in SEA and China. Improve existing customer engagement to enhance repurchase and reactivation rates in SEA, China & HK.
• Customer Insights and Retention: Conduct in-depth analyses of customer profiles and behavior, unearthing valuable insights that empowered strategic decision-making and contributed to increased customer retention rates.
• Groundbreaking Underwriting Solution: Spearhead the development and deployment of a machine learning solution that revolutionized underwriting procedures, resulted in straight- through processing rate improvement, while enhancing accuracy.
• Risk-Based Customer Segmentation: Develop segmentation models to categorize customers based on underwriting risks, simplifying procedures for low-risk customers.
• Financial Projections: Develop deep learning models to project liability and asset amounts under different economic scenarios, optimizing cash balance levels and improving financial discipline through liquidity analysis and forecasting.
• Fraud Detection: Develop and deliver unsupervised machine learning solutions to identify agents with anomaly behaviors, supporting fraud detection efforts.
• Automation and Efficiency: Develop machine learning solutions to automate the screening process for interviews in Australia, streamlining recruitment processes.
