In-house experience and a proven track record of leading and managing creative teams, including videographers, graphic designers, and copywriters, are highly advantageous. The candidate must be a strong storyteller, capable of distilling complex ideas into clear and relatable narratives, with a solid understanding of best practices across social platforms, emerging technologies, and industry trends in video production and storytelling.
