Contribute to the overall departmental audit plan.Independently oversee and execute audits of moderate to high complexity, from initial planning through to final reporting. This includes identifying risks, assessing controls, resolving issues with department heads, and ensuring timely and high-quality audit delivery.Lead or support audit engagements in accordance with internal guidelines and professional standards.Mentor and guide audit team members, fostering skill development and performance improvement.Provide expert advice to management on risk and control matters related to new or revised policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Support the preparation of reports and proposals for the Audit Committee.Serve as the primary liaison for IT-related projects, keeping Audit Management informed of progress, challenges, and key developments.Participate in the annual review and update of the Audit Manual to ensure it remains aligned with professional standards and organizational expectations.Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing audit automation, data analytics, and the Club's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.The Successful ApplicantA university degree complemented by professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, or ACFE.At least 10-12 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field, with a strong background in IT and operational audits. Experience in Mainland China is a plus.In-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas:IT and cybersecurityAgile methodologiesRisk and complianceFinance, HR, procurement, and other business functionsHospitality, construction, and facilities managementDemonstrated ability to assess risks and evaluate internal controls in large organizations or multinational firms.Strong analytical thinking, communication, and report writing capabilities.Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across departments.Capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure while upholding high ethical standards.What's on OfferCompetitive annual salary in the range of HKD 1,080,000 to HKD 1,320,000.Generous annual leave policies.Collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to advance their career.
