About Our Client

Our client is a globally Renowned Retail brand, known for its high-quality products and substantial presence. They are now looking for a Senior Logistics Executive role to support and optimise supply chain processes.

As a Senior Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for managing logistics operations, ensuring seamless trade and delivery coordination, overseeing warehouse activities, and optimising supply chain efficiency. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance operational workflows, prevent delays, and maintain accurate inventory levels

Job Description

  • Oversee daily logistics operations and ensuring their alignment with retail objectives
  • Implement and enhance logistics strategies for multiple retail channels includes wholesale, physical stores & e-commerce
  • Plan and coordinate monthly outbound and return shipments efficiently
  • Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Track production and delivery schedules, providing stakeholders with timely updates
  • Identify potential delays in product launches and implement strategic solutions
  • Supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, order processing, shipping, and returns
  • Continuously monitor logistics workflows, driving process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Optimise supply chain processes by balancing forecast, sales order management, and production capacities
  • Provide insights into inventory levels, identifying potential shortages or excess stock

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business-related disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply chain management in sizeable Retail brands before
  • Knowledge of trade regulations and logistics compliance is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners
  • Strong adaptability to environmental and operational changes
  • Highly fluent across English, Cantonese and Mandarin
