About Our Client

Our client is a leading Tech company , is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its commercial operations.

Job Description



  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor contracts, licensing deals, service agreements, NDAs, and partnership arrangements.


  • Provide legal support to business units on contract terms, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure contracts align with business objectives.


  • Advise on legal issues related to technology, media content, data privacy, and intellectual property.


  • Assist in developing contract templates, playbooks, and legal policies to streamline operations.


  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the TMT sector.



The Successful Applicant



  • Qualified lawyer with 7 PQE, preferably with experience in in-house or reputable law firms and commercial contract work.


  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.


  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
