About Our Client

Our client is a well known developer in HK.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue for the mall's tenant mix
  • Analyze market data and trends to identify strategic opportunities for new sport and education tenants
  • Work closely with the mall's marketing and operations teams to ensure a cohesive tenant experience
  • Prepare and present detailed leasing proposals and financial analyses to mall ownership
  • Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease execution, ensuring a seamless experience for tenants
  • Monitor and report on key leasing metrics such as occupancy rates, rental rates, and tenant sales performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing
  • Proven track record of successfully leasing retail spaces and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in financial analysis and lease structuring
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and industry trends
  • Willingness to travel to attend industry events and meet with potential tenants
