The person has to work with the respective BAU, understand the corresponding business process, set OKR and best practices with interactive training/ growth sessions to engage and enable enterprise adaptability of change.Job DescriptionDevelop a detailed change management strategy and implementation plan, align with the overall Digital transformation program objectives and timelinesDefine measurable change management goals, key performance indicators / adoption measurement, and success criteria to track the effectiveness of change initiativesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with functional leaders, and end-users to understand their perspectives, concerns, and change requirements.Design and execute targeted communication and training plans to ensure comprehensive awareness, understanding, and adoption of new technologies and processes.Leverage various communication channels, such as IT communication sessions, workshops, and digital platforms, to deliver consistent, transparent, and timely information about the Strategic digital transformation programPartner with Training Lead and other Change team members, support the execution of training sessions both in the classroom and online, to achieve desired operational objectives and support the digital transformation program (upon necessary)Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the Digital/IT organization's change readiness, identifying key drivers, barriers, and areas of resistanceEstablish and maintain a network of change champions and advocates across the organization to drive grassroots-level adoption and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor and measure the adoption and utilization of new technologies and processes, identifying areas for intervention and reinforcement to ensure sustained changeEstablish feedback loops and evaluation mechanisms to continuously assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Analyze change management data, such as user adoption rates, training effectiveness, and employee sentiment, to inform data-driven decision-making and optimizationThe Successful ApplicantUniversity Degree or equivalence in Business Administration or related disciplinesMinimum 10 years of experience leading complex change management initiativesExperience working as change manager for large-scale ERP Cloud Transformation is highly preferredUnderstanding of change management frameworks, methodologies, and best practicesExperience in setting OKRs, best practices with the user departments. Capable in working along with Training team to develop interactive learning and change materials including quick guides, promotion poster and learning videosExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities to effectively present and influence senior leadershipDemonstrate a holistic understanding of the changes in IT operational processes and organization set-up to derive change impacts and mitigate potential risksStrong in stakeholders management, outspoken with good presentation skills; Strength in driving change and developing relationships with users across senioritiesManagement Consulting/ Big 4 background is a huge plusInhouse background from large multi-business enterprise/ listed companies/ FI is preferredDynamic and multinational in culture. Able to connect the east and west.Good command of written and spoken English.
