About Our Client

Our client is stable organization with steady financial performance. They are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and manage complex enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with a focus on enterprise systems and solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with organizational goals.

Less senior candidate will be considered as an IT Project Manager.

Job Description

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Implement best practices for project management methodologies.
  • Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Provide regular financial updates and forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the integration of enterprise systems and solutions, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with IT architects and developers to design and implement effective technical solutions.
  • Track project performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and identify lessons learned.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 15+ years of IT project management experience, particularly with very sizable programs for enterprise systems and solutions transformation.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architectures, software development life cycles, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to speak both Chinese and English.
