Job Description

Work with peer team and vendors on system problems and all IT projects
Understand business users' needs and make solid recommendation thus implement these practical solutions
Influence, convince and educate the business to use the new system
Responsible for managing partners in system consolidation, daily operation, IT systems stability, IT solution evaluation and selection
Accountable of the annual IT strategy, resources and budget planning
In charge of managing the regular and ad-hoc projects

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
Extensive IT project management experience around leasing system, property and facility management systems
With prior relevant industry experience as an IT PM / IT Manager / Senior IT Management
Track record in leading both projects and team
Excellent stakeholder management skills, project management skills, people leading skills and so on
Speak fluent Chinese and English
With great attitude, proactiveness and sense of responsibility
