Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive, scalable, and resilient IT infrastructure strategies across multiple regional locations.

Key responsibilities include infrastructure planning and design, implementation and management, vendor management and procurement, business continuity and disaster recovery, and driving continuous improvement and innovation. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, such as servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud computing platforms, including expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud services.

This position will also be heavily involved and be responsible for managing IT service improvement, process re-engineering, stakeholder management, project management, team leading and conflict management.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management. He/ she will also possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.



Technical requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Active Directory
  • Experienced in virtualization technologies, such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix
  • Strong understanding of network design, management, and optimization, including LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN
  • Knowledgeable in cybersecurity best practices, including risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure services, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Proficient in ITSM frameworks like ITIL and experience with infrastructure monitoring and automation tools
  • Ability to develop and implement robust business continuity and disaster recovery strategies
