We are seeking an experienced and strategic IR Director(as Partner level ) to drive the development and execution of investor relations strategies. The successful candidate will have a track record in financial services, ideally within the banking and financial services sector, with a focus on Hong Kong and overseas family office as well as HNWI.

Job Description

As an 'Senior IR Director,' your main responsibilities will include:

  • Possesses a unique core client base, preferably with coverage in overseas markets, particularly within specific sectors, such as TNT or bio-technic, or AI.
  • Personal Background: Has extensive knowledge and understanding of securities investment, with a certain expertise in constructing knowledge frameworks.
  • Demonstrates strong persuasive ability when explaining concepts to non-experts.
  • Possesses substantial insights into macroeconomics, specific industries, or quantitative analysis-the more comprehensive the better.
  • Equipped with various "tools" to approach problems; if one approach doesn't work, another can be utilized



The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Senior IR Director' should have:

  • A deep understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Strong experience in investor relations, Private Equity and Venture Capital or a similar role.
  • Excellent education background from global top universities
  • Proficient English Skills: Has native-level English proficiency and overseas living or study experience. Excels in communicating effectively with foreign clients.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive the IR strategy
  • Passion for Investment: enjoys engaging in investment and market-related activities. Ideally, the individual has personal investment experience, enabling them to think from the client's perspective and foster meaningful conversations with clients.
