Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end capital raising for private credit and RWA funds, targeting institutional investors, family offices, and UHNWIs across APAC, Middle East, and Europe
  • Serve as primary point of contact for LPs, conducting regular updates, performance reviews, and strategic engagements to secure repeat investments
  • Prospect, pitch, and secure commitments from new investors, leveraging existing networks and developing new channels for capital raising
  • Represent the fund at key industry events and conferences, articulating investment thesis and differentiators to attract capital
  • Work closely with portfolio managers to translate investment performance into compelling investor communications and marketing materials



The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in investor relationship, fundraising, or private banking, with a strong preference for candidates from private credit / private equity investor relationship or UHNW Private Bankers or investment banking (IPO equity capital markets)
  • Proven ability to leverage existing relationships with funds, family offices, and UHNW individuals
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in raising significant capital from institutional investors or UHNW individuals
