Job Description

As an Investor Relations Manager/Senior Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy aligned with corporate objectives
  • Serve as the key contact for investors, analysts, fund managers, and financial media
  • Prepare investor communications, including annual/interim results materials, announcements, and presentations
  • Organize and support earnings calls, analyst briefings, roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant disclosure under HKEX Listing Rules and SFO requirements
  • Monitor shareholder base, analyst coverage, market sentiment, and peer performance
  • Provide market intelligence and investor feedback to senior management and the Board
  • Coordinate closely with Finance, Legal, and Company Secretariat on disclosures and corporate actions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investor Relations Manager/Senior Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance or related fields
  • Prior experience with a Hong Kong-listed company or HK capital markets strongly preferred
  • Solid financial analysis skills and ability to interpret financial statements and business performance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to handle sensitive or price‑sensitive information
  • Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and able to work under tight reporting timelines
