Job Description

As a Senior Information Security Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of information security policies, standards, and configuration baselines.
  • Oversee security operations, including monitoring security tools (e.g., IDS/IPS, EDR, SIEM) and ensuring effective threat detection.
  • Manage and respond to cybersecurity incidents, coordinating investigation, containment, and remediation activities.
  • Provide security guidance to infrastructure and business teams to ensure proper implementation of security controls and best practices.
  • Conduct regular security assessments, configuration reviews, and testing of systems, networks, and security devices.
  • Perform third‑party security risk assessments and support vendor reviews and site inspections.
  • Manage digital certificate and encryption key lifecycle processes.
  • Coordinate audit and compliance activities, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required evidence and reports.
  • Identify security risks and gaps, recommending solutions and driving remediation across technology teams.
  • Promote security awareness and engage stakeholders to strengthen the organization's security posture.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • 5-12 years of relevant experience in information security, cybersecurity operations, or technology risk management, ideally with experience in large enterprises.
  • Experience managing security technologies, SIEM, endpoint protection, cloud security tools, and infrastructure security
  • Strong understanding of network security, cloud security architecture, endpoint security, and incident response.
  • Experience performing security testing, configuration reviews, and log analysis.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks).
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and risk awareness.
