About Our Client
Our client is a well established utility company with a strong regional presence across Asia Pacific.
You will be one of the key members of the Organisational and Talent Development team and be responsible for implementing and managing company-wide organisation development, talent acquisition initiatives and programs. You will monitor key HR metrics and conduct analysis for succession planning, strategic planning in workforce supply/demand, corporate training and development needs. This role also offers you opportunities to be involved in various staff communications, talent acquisition and employer branding building projects.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years' organisational development, corporate training and talent development experience in sizeable companies. He/she will be an agile and dynamic professional individual who has a strong analytic, creative mindset with sense of urgency and high time and priority management ability. To be successful in this role, ideal candidate will demonstrate an exceptional interpersonal skill and a good team player.
