They now seek an experienced Manager / junior Senior Manager talent to join their HRBP team.Job DescriptionReporting to the Human Resources Director, you will lead a small team to deliver HRBP services including recruitment, budget management, manpower planning, annual review exercise, talent management & performance management, provide HR advisory services as well as delivering other HR initiatives around employer branding and employee engagement activities. As part of the HR team, you will be involved in the HRIS upgrade, and be an integral part of the team to identify areas for process improvement, simplification, automation and digital transformation. You will work closely with the COE counterparts to identify opportunities to upgrade the company brand and provide strategic counsel to the internal stakeholders.The Successful ApplicantDegree qualified, you will have a minimum of 15-18 years of HR generalist experience with at last 5 years gained in a senior management capacity. You will have a solid track record looking after multiple countries and supported multiple corporate functions in your previous organizations, best to be multinational companies or listco in HK. A strong understanding of HR practices, local & overseas recruitment , preferably some knowledge in employer relations and employee engagement will be highly south after.
