About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest construction group and engineering contractor
As an integral member of the senior management team, you will lead and manage all M&A activities and process, including but not limited to due dilgience and support regional business leaders throughout the M&A process, work closely with key stakeholders to help coordinate and ensure the harmonisation in post M&A process and benefits alignments.
Comunicate and coordinate with Headquarter on new HR policies, organisational structure, orientation programs on welfare schemes, compensation & benefits and resource planning to create more synergies across the two businesses.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a degree qualified HR professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience preferably gained from a multinational or sizeable listed group at a corporate level. You MUST have a proven track record in managing and facilitating the full cycle in the M&A process whilst providing both strategic and operational human resources management
