A reputable and stable organization in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity in a small, professional group offering a secure platform for career stability and meaningful contributions across all facets of HR.

Job Description

  • HR Operations & Administration: Oversee full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding), payroll processing, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, leave & attendance tracking, and offboarding.
  • Policy & Compliance: Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures; ensure compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF, tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards, and metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, payroll analysis) for top management; provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key HR contact point, working closely with top management and department heads to advise on HR matters, workforce planning, and organizational needs.
  • Initiatives & Projects: Support HR projects such as employee engagement activities, training coordination, and process improvements in a small team setting.
  • General Support: Handle ad-hoc HR tasks and contribute to maintaining a positive, stable work culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of all-rounded HR operations and administration experience, preferably in a stable, small-group environment.
  • Proven expertise in payroll, C&B, recruitment, and HR reporting; familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for reporting and data analysis).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with top management and stakeholders effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a small team with a long-term mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Stable career history with a preference for candidates seeking long-term commitment.
  • Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
