About Our Client

Our client is a leading logistics and warehouse management firm with large market share in Hong Kong. They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join their HR team. This role will focus on the full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits functions, including monthly payroll processing, provident funds management, taxation, insurance, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, system maintenance, and compliance with annual reporting practices.

Job Description

  • Oversee the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and additional perks, ensuring they meet employee needs and industry standards
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations related to payroll and benefits, including accurate reporting and timely submissions
  • Work closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand operational needs and provide tailored C&B solutions
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS systems to ensure accurate data management for payroll and benefits administration
  • Prepare and analyze annual reports related to compensation and benefits, identifying trends and areas for improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits function, preferably in large-scale commercial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, provident funds, taxation, and benefits administration
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and HR stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
