They are seeking a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner to join our team, supporting business objectives through effective HR planning and employee lifecycle management.

Job Description

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor, partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. This role is responsible for HR and manpower planning, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, and collaborating with department heads to optimize workforce strategies. The HRBP will also work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to key HR projects and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, and business growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs, design manpower plans, and provide actionable recommendations to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, career development, employee relations, and offboarding, ensuring a positive and consistent employee experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering insights and solutions on HR-related matters such as organizational design, change management, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to manage the recruitment process, from workforce forecasting and job specification development to candidate selection and onboarding support.
  • Lead or contribute to HR initiatives, such as policy development, process improvements, diversity and inclusion programs, or technology implementations, driving continuous enhancement of HR practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, performance data) to identify trends, inform decision-making, and report progress to senior leadership.

What's on Offer

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-6 years of progressive HR experience, in a strategic HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a dynamic, multi-departmental organization.
  • Strong expertise in HR planning, manpower forecasting, and full-cycle employee management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, HR analytics platforms).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required
