About Our Client

Our client is a leading international commercial group with a substantial global presence, seeking a proactive and experienced HR Senior Officer to join our HR team. This role will focus on business partnering, covering the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment and compensation and benefits administration for assigned business units and departments. The HR Senior Officer will act as the primary contact for all HR-related matters within the unit and play a key role in strategic talent management and HR analytics.

Job Description

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and selection.
  • Participate in campus recruitment initiatives to attract top talent and build strong relationships with educational institutions.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and market standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies, including performance management and succession planning.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in international HR projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance global HR practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and operational HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, compensation and benefits administration, and talent management practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
