A leading multinational organization in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated C&B Assistant Manager or Senior Officer to join their HR team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support compensation and benefits (C&B) operations within a dynamic, global environment, with a focus on analytics and strategic reporting across multiple regions.

Job Description

  • C&B Analytics: Conduct detailed compensation and benefits analysis, consolidating information from various regions to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present consolidated C&B reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals and regional requirements.
  • Annual C&B Practices: Support the annual compensation review cycle, including salary benchmarking, market comparisons, and analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Policy and Compliance: Ensure all C&B activities comply with Hong Kong labor laws, regional regulations, and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR and business units to gather data, address C&B inquiries, and provide support on compensation-related initiatives.
  • Process Support: Assist in refining C&B processes and tools to enhance efficiency, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities based on experience level.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • For C&B Assistant Manager: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on analytics and reporting.
  • For Senior Officer: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in C&B, with potential to grow into a managerial role with less experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in consolidating regional data and preparing management reports.
  • Knowledge of salary benchmarking, market analysis, and C&B best practices, preferably in a multinational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across regions.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial and personal data with discretion.
