Our client is a renowned 3rd party logistics services provider with strong presence in Asia. They now seek a seasoned SHRBP to join their company in HK.

Job Description

Reporting to the Group Head of HR and Country Head in HK, you will lead the team in supporting the day to day HR operations for the Hong Kong business of approximately 400 employees. This will include the end to end employee life cycle including recruitment, on & off boarding, talent management, talent development, succession planning , annual C&B exercise and other HR initiatives (employee engagement, internal communications, retention, change & transformation...etc) . You will work closely with the management team to understand the market opportunities , current business challenges and talent/skill gaps, and provide your expert advice to address their needs and mitigate risks. You will partner with the group level COE departments for transformation & change as well as corporate HR projects , and implement such initiatives at the country level.

The Successful Applicant

The right applicant will be a degree holder with a minimum of 15-18 years of HR generalist experience preferably from sizable multinational companies with a front line driven workforce, preferably from supply chain and logistics industries, but also open to those who work in retail, airline, property management, engineering , manufacturing, security...etc industries. You will be able to demonstrate solid knowledge in the HK labour regulations and experience in leading the HR team for the daily HR needs. In addition, you will also have a solid track record in providing HRBP services to senior management and provide examples of HR initiatives/projects you have achieved in your previous roles. A good level of written English and Chinese is a must. We are looking for someone with a positive mindset and outgoing personality to lead the team.
