About Our Client
Headquartered in Hong Kong with operations in Europe, our client is a diversified property investment company. They are currently recruiting for a talented and dynamic HR professional to join their team as Senior HR Manager.
Reporting directly to the General Manager of the business, this selected individual will play an integral part in the continued success of the organization through excellent delivery of HR services.
As Senior HR Manager, you will work closely with senior level stakeholders to develop and implement group HR strategies, principles, and policies in line with the overall business. You will take a hands-on approach to a wide array of HR responsibilities as a generalist - this includes recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and learning & development. Whilst leading a team to ensure day-to-day HR service delivery is met, you will work to understand more about the needs of the business and develop HR initiatives that will help to support it.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline and at least 8 years of HR generalist experience within property investment or retail background preferred. With excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese, you must be dynamic and energetic with a high level of business acumen. Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of managerial/team leading experience within a fast-paced environment.
