About Our Client
Our client is a HK-based and listed Property Developer, Real Estate Management as well as investment company.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you are a key strategic HR leader to drive, develop and implement new HR initiatives covering recruitment channel effectiveness, compensation and benefits revamp, incentive scheme revamp, cultural change, employee engagement and communication etc. You will be working directly with Senior stakeholders, make direct and long lasting impact as well as promote progress and changes.
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidate will be a senior and experienced candidate with previous working experience in real-estate/property development industries. You will accumulate solid and hands-on experience in driving and implementing new HR initiatives. A generalist background with experience in HR project management is also preferred. The job holder is expected to be an individual who has outstanding communication skill, strong stakeholder management skill and a passion in making a difference and leading progress in a company.
