About Our Client
Our client is a well-established and renowned organisation with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry.
Reporting to the Hong Kong business head, the selected Senior HR Manager/HR Manager will act as a key member of the management team, providing leadership and direction for the HR function to meet the business goals and needs. You will lead and manage a high performing HR team, to oversee the full spectrum of HR administrative and operational services of the manufacturing operation, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, performance management, as well as safety and employee relations.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you must be a degree educated human resource professional with at least 10 years HR generalist experience in providing both strategic and operational human resources management. Prior exposure to the manufacturing sector would be a strong advantage. Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong employment law and HR best practices is a must.
You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment to lead a team and manage a range of projects while maintaining a practical and hands-on approach. Fluency in English and Chinese is a prerequisite. You must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with strong negotiation and conflict resolution ability. You must have strong influencing skills to build key strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
