About Our Client

Our client is a Hong Kong company with 300-400 staff in Hong Kong supported by a team of 4 in the HR team. They are now hiring a Senior HR Manager to lead their HR function.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Business Head, you will lead a team of 3 and be responsible for the end to end HR life cycle for 300-400 staff in Hong Kong. You will be the key business partner to senior management, and lead the full full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, on and off boarding, compensation & benefits operation, employee engagement and performance management. You will plan, implement and develop effective HR policies and procedures to support the business growth and acting as the go to person for the business on HR and people strategies. There are plans to revamp the rewards strategy therefore the talent we are looking for will need more experience in C&B annual exercises and revamp projects.

The Successful Applicant

Degree qualified, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 15-20 years' of generalist background and team leading experience, preferably from sizable multinationals or local organization. Previous experience working in a multinational environment will be highly sought after. Mature and hands-on, you will possess high levels of commercial acumen with a flexible consultative approach. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
