Our client is a well‑established and expanding food & beverages brand in Hong Kong, with both corporate and manufacturing operations locally. As part of its continued growth, the business is looking for a Senior HR Manager to oversee its HR function across their back office and frontline workforce. This role offers a blend of leadership responsibility, hands‑on HR management, and involvement in forward‑looking people initiatives.

Job Description

This role leads the HR function across both corporate and factory operations within a growing business. It oversees a small HR team and ensures smooth delivery of core HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance management, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance. The position plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations, acting as the main HR partner to factory management and the production workforce.A strong focus is placed on compliance, particularly in relation to Hong Kong labour regulations and ISO or other certification standards, including audit preparation and documentation. Working closely with factory leadership, this role helps promote a safe, stable, and productive working environment. In addition to operational responsibilities, the role supports the business from a strategic HR perspective, contributing to workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning. The individual will partner with senior management to implement practical people initiatives and continuously improve HR processes across both head office and factory settings, ensuring HR remains aligned with business needs and future growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 15 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong exposure to manufacturing or food & beverages operations, with experience supporting blue‑collar workforces and ISO‑related compliance
  • Proven experience managing a small HR team and delivering comprehensive HR support to business
  • Commercially minded, practical, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving F&B manufacturing environment
  • Forward thinking, hands on, proactive and enjoy working with a diversified workforce
  • Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
