It oversees a small HR team and ensures smooth delivery of core HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance management, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance. The position plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations, acting as the main HR partner to factory management and the production workforce.A strong focus is placed on compliance, particularly in relation to Hong Kong labour regulations and ISO or other certification standards, including audit preparation and documentation. Working closely with factory leadership, this role helps promote a safe, stable, and productive working environment. In addition to operational responsibilities, the role supports the business from a strategic HR perspective, contributing to workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
