About Our Client

Our client is one of the fastest growing and well-known Chinese financial institutions with a strong presence in the financial services industry. They have a diversified portfolio of financial services over asset management, corporate finance, wealth management, etc. They are looking for a seasoned HR Senior Manger from top tier Chinese FIs to join their team.

Job Description

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions in recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll processing and income tax reporting, performance review and employee relations for Shenzhen office and Hong Kong office
  • Provide HR annual manpower budget, monthly and yearly reports, conduct presentation to board and headquarter
  • Handle staff orientation, payroll processing, staff training, performance management process and annual events for HK and SZ offices
  • Employee benefits planning and implementation including Group medical insurance, housing allowance and other compensation scheme.
  • Perform salary benchmark, and other annual exercise for Hong Kong and China offices



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Solid professionalism in HR management and review experience from Chinese financial services firms, ideally state owned institutions
  • Able to work independently, detailed oriented and handle multiple tasks with efficient manner
  • Strong stakeholder's management and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with written and spoken
  • Business travel is required around once a month to Shenzhen office
